HOUSEHOLD CHECK-IN

Sometimes simply having a reliable person visit makes a difference.

Our team can provide friendly conversation while completing agreed household tasks, giving both clients and their families additional reassurance.

WHO HOUSEHOLD SUPPORT IS FOR

Older Clients

For older clients who would benefit from reliable help with light household tasks while continuing to live comfortably and independently at home.

Recovering at Home

For clients returning home after surgery, illness or a hospital stay who may temporarily need help keeping on top of everyday household jobs.

Family Support

For families who want a trusted person checking in and helping a parent, grandparent or loved one with practical household tasks.

Short-Term Assistance

For anyone going through a period where keeping up with the home has become more difficult.

CHOOSE THE SUPPORT THAT SUITS YOU

Regular Household Support

Weekly or fortnightly visits for clients who would benefit from ongoing help around the home.

Recovery Support

Short-term household assistance following surgery, illness or a hospital stay.

Family-Arranged Support

A service organised by a family member for someone who needs practical help at home.

We’ll discuss the household’s needs before the first visit so everyone understands exactly what support will be provided.

How It Works

1. Tell Us What Support Is Needed

Let us know who the service is for, what household tasks would be helpful and how often support may be required.

2. We Create a Simple Support Plan

We agree on the tasks, visit length and schedule before the service begins.

3. Your Household Co. Team Visits

Our team arrives knowing what needs to be done and completes the agreed household tasks with care and respect.

4. We Keep Things Simple

As needs change, the service can be adjusted so the support continues to suit the household.

What Household Support Does Not Include

Household Support is a non-medical domestic assistance service.

We do not provide:

  • Nursing care

  • Medication administration

  • Personal hygiene or showering assistance

  • Dressing assistance

  • Medical procedures

  • Mobility or lifting assistance

  • Wound care

  • Clinical monitoring

  • Specialist disability or aged-care services requiring specific qualifications

Where professional care is required, clients should engage an appropriately qualified healthcare or care provider.
